Includes strategies for the Columbia River, Oregon Coast, Tillamook Bay, Yaquina Bay, Coos Bay, Lower Clackamas River, Deschutes River, and McKenzie River. These strategies are current as of March 2018. This service was created for use in a web map that will build an ICS-232 form for oil spill response.
